Baird Clock, Co., Plattsburgh, NY, advertising timepiece for Vanner and Prest's Molliscorium with 8 day, time only, spring driven movement in soft wood case with painted paper maché door fronts and paper over metal dial, c1890
CONDITION:
this clock is in outstanding original condition with original painted surface. The top hinge on lower door has been moved one inch. The full ad reads: "Vanner and Prest's, Molliscorium, Compo-Embrocation, VP trade mark". The inner label has even more information, including the address of V+P on Ormside St, London, SE. Ht 30 1/2"
